AFXseriesAirborne hyperspectral imaging system
The AFX series is a newly launched visible light near-infrared hyperspectral imaging integrated solution by Specim, specifically designed for lightweight unmanned aerial vehicle platforms. The entire system includes a VNIR/NIR band hyperspectral imager, a small yet powerful data processing unit, and a high-end GNSS/IMU unit, available in AFX10/17 models. The total weight of the system is only 2.1 kilograms (2.4 kilograms for FX17), and it can be mounted on various types of unmanned aerial vehicle platforms, such as multi rotor or fixed wing, with or without a gimbal. The system can automatically collect data based on the waypoint planning in the flight plan, making AFX easy to operate and focusing on low altitude remote sensing applications such as large-scale and multi-dimensional precision agriculture research, forest vegetation resource investigation, ecological environment monitoring, geological and mineral exploration, environmental pollution control and impact assessment.
